Leadership lunches are a great time to connect the leaders in your organization.

While I don’t have a specific agenda each time I go to eat with a leader, there are a few questions I ask (these may differ depending on your organization):

  1. How are you doing in your relationship with Jesus?
  2. What are some of the victories you are experiencing in life right now?
  3. What are some challenges that you are experiencing?
  4. How can I pray for you?

Not every lunch happens like this nor is it not a good use of time if we don’t discuss all of these.  It simply serves as a framework to grow deeper in my relationship with my leadership team, both as individuals in and outside of the organization.

Question: What kind of questions do you think would be good to ask of a ministry leader during a leadership lunch? You can leave a comment by clicking here.
