5 Reasons Why You Need a Dream Team in Your Life

Live Life to The Fullest With These People

Recently, I had the privilege to speak to a group of high-level leaders at my church about self-leadership.I spoke to the men and women about knowing, living and loving the purpose that God has for them. I taught that living out your purpose will require an accountability Dream Team to catapult, rescue or help you throughout the life journey. After my talk, there were some leadership questions about who should be on the Dream Team and how those people should be chosen.

Serving The World With Your Talents Matters!

An Encouragement to Steward Your Gifts Well

This is a guest post written by my good friend, Madelyn Littles. Her and another friend of mine, Lisa Crumbley, have recently released a new book that energized my soul, my love for God and reminded me that no matter where we are in our life journey, He always has a purpose for us.  I invite you to see a little bit behind the scenes of the collaborative book-writing effort entitled, Coincidence or God-Incidence? These are hobbies, and perhaps even gifts, but are they really my God-given talents? Sometimes the talents that God gives us aren’t immediately evident. Sometimes our talents might be something that we struggle with, that we have to work at and cultivate before we can succeed at it.

They should be valued as much as the employee values their paycheck. It is impossible for loyalty programs, rewards cards and “cool places” to hang to replace the importance of building and stewarding a customer relationship well.

How to Build Brand Loyalty Through Stewardship

Change the Priority, Change the Results

We have great ones, good ones and some that could use some improvement.

I am not talking about our relationships with a boss, spouse, co-worker or sibling, I am talking about the relationships we have with our weekly stops at our shops during our week.

We love our grocery store because everyone knows our name, yet our coffee shop is driving us mad because they can’t seem to brew our favorite beverage fast enough (especially when the person in front of you ordered a drink with the cocoa swirl and cherry on top).

What separates the good from the not so good? What helps to build brand loyalty that lasts?
